How do I recover a lost icon?
It would seem that I moved or removed the Glue as child icon, but don't where to find it to put it back together with the Glue as sibling icon. Sorry to be such an air head guys. Leroy

Re: How do I recover a lost icon?
That's a bad one to lose because it's also one of the icons missing from the mega panel that pops up when you click on the 'Icon Finder'.
Glue as sibling is in there but not glue as child.
The Icon Finder is supposed to be the backup repository of all available icons but, like the cake, it's a lie.
I was all ready with a screenshot with circles and arrows saying "there it is" ... but I'll be damned if I couldn't find it in there either.
If all else fails there's the dreaded 'Reset All Toolbars' icon.
Even the Icon Helper /Find Icon tools have trouble with this one. Somebody done goofed.

Mick, reset all toolbars won't work.
If you have a fresh install you must save a configuration with that set of tools to keep the glue as child. That is why I posted a configuration with it.
They removed it in ts7. The person who goofed didn't remove it from the icons when we complained about the new ones not acting like the old ts66 ones and they reinstated them. They didn't add it to any configuration just the install layout. If all else fails there's the dreaded 'Reset All Toolbars' icon.

Well, as usual we can count on you for the fix and me for confusing the issue!

Re: How do I recover a lost icon?
Wow, this is wierd 7.61 beta 8 doesn't have the glue as child icon, but the original 7.6 does have it? I tried the config thingy, but it didn't readd the icon when I replaced the existing config file on beta 8. I guess if all else fails people can just install both versions. I mostly use the TS 6.6 model side and the Directx model exporter; haven't really found much practical use for the workspace side of TS. Thanks for posting so quickly. Leroy.
PS: I wonder if we can just copy the config file from 7.6 to the beta 8 install to get the missing icon to reappear in beta 8? At first I thought I'd lost all my marbles as I didn't remember removing the icon to begin with. Thanks again guys. Leroy.
