Updated chapter 2 and 3 with the missing items, mostly just screenshots as place holders.
The shortcuts list was lost during conversion of the file from OpenDocument odg to Scribus sla formats. This is no real loss since the list was out of date.

Updated the animation chapter with the timeline diagram and filled in some more of the text. I also realized there are things missing from the trueSpace manual.
