A little holiday house near the sea.
I had some spare-time today and this is what came out.
Tried to get the same lighting from the photo that I used as a backdrop into the 3d scene by using a spotlight dome.

The bed scene is amazing!
The fireplace scene lighting in the last rendering to me needs some
warm lighting on the wall above the fireplace. I like the lighting on the
floor. However the wallpaper looks too cold.
Do you create your own models too?
Fantastic work you are sharing with all of us and I just love admiring your work.
There are quite a few really gifted artist here and I consider your work in that league.

Thnx Steinie for your kind words
. Indeed there are gifted artists here working with trueSpace and showing great work. I've enjoyed watching your funny cartoon renderings too. I think every one of us has its own style and way of work.
You're right about the wallpaper being too cold in colour. I'm working on that. About models, I'm not that good in modeling, I guess my "thing" is working with lights and textures. The bedroom scene is done by me and was fun to do because it wasn't necessary to work accurate.
Here is a more close up render.

The bed scene is art. "bunker0d" too. They should be part of a series titled "abandoned mental asylum".
HospitalBed: "Abandoned Mental Asylum: Patient 21"
Bunker0d with the light turned off but light from outside: "Abandoned Mental Asylum: Doctor's Lounge"
Antieke Kamer with no fire and just light from outside: "Abandoned Mental Asylum: Director's Office"
