For a while my models were missing from the folder I usually save to and found that W7 uses a special folder to store models. Typically, my older video game Battlezone 2 Combat Commander needs models stored in the root directory of my game install in a folder called Addon, so the game couldn't find my TS created game models.
The solution was to run Truespace for XP service pack 3 compatibilty and that forced the OS to properly export models where the game needed to find them all. Just thought that I'd post this as FYI for anyone experiencing a similar issue. Leroy.
