Some Question about Workspace

Hi there, i am new to this forum and I just DL TS 7.61 here's my few question.

1. Is there a user slider or user input (used for animating ik handle) in TS workspace like other software.

2.how to put a texture label into a face without tiling and also without using UVW map because in TS workspace it keeps it tiling the texture. (label mean logo or text).
