Re: Canon ball hit wall
Good. Lots of things I wanted to do with physics in TS.
That has fragments! It isn't just the blocks knocked around.
Question: do the objects ever stop sliding/spinning/bouncing/moving? That was a problem with TS physics.

Re: Canon ball hit wall
Finus yes they stop .I parented the sphere to the wall as child then used the cell frscture
addon to shatter the wall using the verts from the sphere.
you can change everything how many fragment the size the bounce ,if you change the weight of the
sphere to lower it will only hit the wall and drop the wall will also fall.
Now i need to learn how to get the texture on the animation ,i can texture any modlel but this is harder.
have to check out some vids on youtube

Read out of context makes one raise their eyebrows.I parented the sphere to the wall as child then used the cell frscture
Exploding wall looks very good! Blender is hard to beat!

I too lived in Germany for about eight years. Never was proficient with the language. I'm pretty sure I ordered some 'girl soup' at a Gasthaus one day.
I'm continually amazed at Blender, keep it coming!

Those are damn good physics
Slightly off-topic, but there was a related video with a Roadrunner model you did in TS and then rigged in blender. That was also really good!

Re: Canon ball hit wall
Physic is fun to do.
It is also possible to do this with TS (but lack an interface to be more effective). I remember that I had found a way to break the glass and controlling the explosion in order to detach the pieces gradually.
This was not a simple impact but a continuous blast that destroys the window from the center to the corners. And I could define the areas that was not destroyed. But I did not have time to improve this work. For some years now.
Here is a little video as example.
