Loan of computer.
I am loaning one of my three computers to my nephew. It has Truespace on it. Is this contravention of the distribution rights or is there a law prohibiting me from using one of my computers with Truespace at the same time my nephew would be using Truespace? Thanks!

Re: Loan of computer.
If you are lending him a PC with one of the free download versions you would have no problem.
If you are lending him a PC with a paid license you would technically have a problem if your nephew used the software license at the same time you used it. If not, no problem.
The majority of software licenses allow you to use the software in the same manner as a book. If you are reading a book no one else can read it at the same time.
Always read the EULA that comes with your software. There are many publishers that have terms in their license agreement that will even attempt to prohibit the book model.
My answer is purely based on my understanding of the TS licenses.
