Upgraded - finally

Post by jamesmc »

Time was running out on my charter membership, so I finally upgraded to Lightwave3D 11.63

It was $395 for charter members if that's what you want to know (1200 dollar savings).

It was back when 2010 - LightWave CORE was being developed. It was announced 04-Feb-09, cancelled 23 June 2011. So, they gave all the people that signed up for CORE a charter membership
Anyway, decided not to wait any longer. :)

Lightwave always looked like a good all in one package to me. I think it would have more users except Maya and 3D Studio Max are entrenched in the studios.

You should use it more for your pictures.

Yeah, I barely used the old versions. But now that 116.LW has flocking, bullet physics and fracture, I'm gonna blow things up and make it flow with spline curve. :bananadevil:
