How did you model all the curved tubes? Bend? Sweep?

Easy as pie in Hexon - line tool to make the profile curve , followed by the add thickness tool.Finis wrote:How did you model all the curved tubes? Bend? Sweep?
I waited until Carrara to connect them and add smoothing as smoothing Carrara sometimes behaves better than hexagon smoothing.

I envisioned a band leader leading a 'march' demonstrating what parts a baritone plays in a marching band.

That would be an impressive scene James! You should keep working on this after the challenge and do that.
