Ok, I have a finished POSTER I did with ts6.6. It's a 3400x2100 sized
jPeg image. It was made to be a POSTER !!! At a lower res. some of the
detail and (in-jokes) don't show up very well. If, I promise not to get
into the habit of up-loading giant images, will this ONE be OK????
It's a HighQ jPeg...

Uploading pictures here is less about the number of pixels and more about the file size (bytes). If I'm not mistaken, we have a 4 MB limit for file uploads. So if your jpeg file is no more than 4 MB, you can upload it as an attachment.
Otherwise, if your file is larger than 4 MB, then what you would need to do is use a third-party website to host it and then post a link to it here. There are websites that will host it for free but I use http://www.smugmug.com" which costs a modest annual fee because of their great service, lack of ads, and unlimited megabytes.
