In the Mouse settings panel there is a On/Off button to switch the Mouse Wheel On/Off. It is Off by default
Installation instructions:
Load the Selector Cage Widget Installer into the Link Editor.
Select the Install button.
Select the Uninstall button to remove it and the Default Navigation Widget will be restored.
Note: Resetting the Default context will remove this widget.
