I have started writing a Subject Genius blog for the TES (Times Educational) in the UK and I thought it might be novel to provide my own illustrations for the blogs. I will post up the last 4 but today I discovered the model used in late beta testing of tS7.5 and decided to use it for my next blog which is on the subject of Virtual Reality in design. Its about 5 hours work and I could add more detail but I want to keep them relatively simple.

Something a little different for a forthcoming blog. I liked the style of the old Saul Bass posters of the 50's and this is a symbolic image questioning why Design and Technology still has Technology in its subject title when its used in most forms of education nowadays.

I was informed today that the blogs have been shortlisted for a TES award (quite big here in the UK) with the winner to be announced at a swanky dinner in London in June. Not sure if it was the blogs or the images that swung it but I am rather chuffed.

Mostly stalled Im afraid. Teaching and trying to complete Buddy World takes up all my time. I actually like music tech and a bit of gaming when i get chance too
