This script object simulates a goniometric light source in workspace.
Image shows a goniometric light rendered on modelside and the realtime version of the same ies file.
Usage notes:
load the script into the link editor
add a projector light and set it's Angle to about 2.9
connect the Texture output into the light's ProjectionTexture
click "..." to choose an ies file
click "load ies file" to generate a new bitmap for the projector
disconnect the link then delete the script object to clean the scene

Re: IES light for workspace
Updated to version 1.1
Available on the website. Most of the way down the page
http://www.clintons3d.com/plugins/trues ... index.html"
This one is a little bit more automatic in that you don't need to manually connect the script to the projector light. The original idea was to use it with the Indigo Exporter, but it just didn't work out. The ies lights can be generated for truespace preview, but the Indigo only recognizes Area lights and mesh based lights.
