Dragon done in Zbrush 4.6 - rest was photshop
yeah, well I have the flu and didn't feel like doing the rest in 3D

Finally got the GoZ to work properly in Carrara 8 Pro. Had to re-unwrap the UV's and recalculate the normal map after going to photoshop (or any other GoZ app). This is just the basic render no back ground add on's or additions like the deer in the mouth (photoshopped).

used wrong light and forgot to turn off the hdr - but hey - just a w.i.p. and a whiff (nose goblins).

I think the earlier dragon, with the mesh displayed, looked better. That is because the rectangular mesh grid gave the impression of alligator skin. You could try giving it a displacement or bump map or texture to get that rectangular effect if you want.

Yeah, Carrara has problems with normal maps IMO and doesn't do displacement well at all.

Lightwave3D is better at this sort of thing.
