I discovered that the Watch Dog Event runs twice!
Workaround:
Add a Pause Activity
In this scene, you can hear the difference between using a Watch Dog Event and a Detect Change
Hook up the Output Text to the Watch Dog Event's "Change detect" and press one of the Animation Text's Radio Button Controls
Watch Dog Event runs twice
Next, try the Detect Change
Hook up the Output Text to the Detect Change's "< Detect Change" and press one of the Animation Text's Radio Button Controls
Detect Change runs once

Re: Watch Dog Event
Looks like watchdogs runs twice for strings. For numbers it only runs once.
