Found this free Blender rig from Blendercookie. 'Flex Rig'. Perfect opportunity to practice some animatin. For the record, everything was provided already. I'm just creating the motion.

This first one you posted is no longer there. The second one Bobby's movements are pretty funny! Slowly I want to start using Blender and get results like the animation you just did.
My critique is watch the timing and pace.
