seems after a 'server cleanup' occurs, the linkbars break.
I was able to login to port 1110; but not 1109.
It would be good to disable this 'server cleanup' thing. Need to R.T.M.
or at least, keep it from blowing away the links.

Both computers were rebooted overnight automatically.
I think I saw one of those MS messages about the reboot being 'required'
due to an update. I may need to work on that.
