My Graphics Card Limitation

I have an onboard Graphics Card and it makes the DX9 Render really bad, like: I can't see shadows, fog, particles, reflections, etc...
So I really can't appreciate good scenes and even create good scenes, but it will change until the end of this year, maybe in Christmas I gain a new Card. :bananamouse:
For now I'll ask for help... how?
I want that if some of you could make the effects that I want in the scene. So I give to you the scene with the models and composition and then you set up a good lightning and atmosphere.
