Tutorial for Motion Blur, free.

Post by Draise »

I have learned and documented a way to force motion blur in post processing with free software, go check it out!

You can see the example used in my latest animation chunk.

From some programs default motion blur to something decent!

Very cool, i wait years for this "simple" solution - great - many thanks.

This cool method saves a lot of time for rendering a video. Minimal good looking trueSpace like "onion skinned motion blur" needs 5 images (or more) to create 1 good looking frame. For a Full HD Frame which takes a few minutes to render - this is a HUGE improvement.

(Is this a reason to come back and create the short that i have planned years ago ;) )
I still use TrueSpace 6.6

Thanks guys, I am glad the tutorial may come in handy for you guys! I know it has for me! =)

And strangely enough, it was Minecraft that inspired me with the idea. =)
