It's about finished now. I'll make some sort of scene around him as well. Maybe I'll even get it done before christmas.

This is a very cool entry!
The fake nose was a clever touch. Great job modeling the deer with Sculptris.
What did you use for the Dragon?

I started on the dragon model in trueSpace but then ported it into Sculptris where I added some more defining shapes and painted it.
