Greetings,
Several times today I received a blank white page with the following message on it:
The server is too busy at this moment.
Please reload this page few seconds later.
The trouble began at 2:56 p.m. (EDT). Note: The English grammar of the last sentence of the message is incorrect. A better rendition is: "Please wait a few seconds and try reloading this page again."
In between occurances of this problem, I checked how many people were online and was surprised to see that there were only 3 of us using the website. But one of the three revealed the problem. It was: Google [Bot].
Evidently when the Google bot starts crawling through tSCommunity to gather information for the Google search engine, it hits the tSCommunity server pretty hard.
I think there is a way to prevent search engine bots from taking such a heavy toll on a server. It may require special instructions for the bots in the header of the homepage.
Best regards, First Light
