Well, to be honest, about the only place you can probably download tS 5 / 6 would be on a pirate site.
These were never released as free, to the public.
I think there were downloadable versions of these, for purchase, 'back in the day'.

Never released for 'free', legally. (echooo...echoo...echo)
You *might* find it 'used'; a legit deal should include the OEM CD and paper manual.
Happy Hunting.

you can find 3 and 5 on cnet but you need an unlock code for both.
3 was released for free to get you on a mailing list.

This is something you should discuss with a lawyer.
Here is the funny thing.... TS 3 was released as freeware. Technically no cost to use the full version of the software.
The huge BUT is that you needed to register at Caligari to get a free license key.
My suspicion is that if you could find a key (don't ask I don't have one) you would not have any longstanding legal issue because the company does not exist that would provide you a key.
Check with a lawyer in your jurisdiction to determine whether or not you can pursue this under a "fair use" rule.
Other than that try to find an XP OEM upgrade... or Win7... if you want to use TS7.
Good luck

Re: truespace download for windows 2000?
I agree with v3rd3; it would be a good thing to consult with a lawyer. Though IMHO, I don't think it's worth the effort.
On the other hand, however, in all honesty, in my own, personal opinion, I seriously doubt
*anyone* would truly give a care if you used a copy of ts 3.2 that you got off the internet.
Yes, the challenge may be, getting a license key. You may have to pay for that; or get it for free.
But, in reference to v3rd3's suggestion, if you are going to go through the effort of acquiring outdated software,
it may be much more beneficial (and legal I suppose, though again, I don't see an attorney
getting all jacked up over this... ) to just upgrade to Win XP, or Win7, and use a more updated
version of the software.

I sometimes look for earlier copies of truespace on ebay, but there never seem to be any. Which is weird considering how many thousands of copies there must be out there that no one is using.
