Connect the dots

Post by DabblingDan »

Or, connect the bones actually. I have an articulated hand that I want to attach to a body and arm. How do I create skeleton for the new body and arm and attach the hand? I am working in Workspace. Every thing I have tried ends up eliminated the previous skeleton in the hand.
Can someone give me an idea on how to attach the hand to a new skeleton without destroying the existing skeleton?
thanks,

Have you tried saving and loading the bones?

From what I remember of the manual you can name the wrist joint LHAND, and the conecting joint on the hand the same, and there is a way to create a bone library that would be interchangable. I think this may be workspace only bones though.
