Re: ranger0101's Sculptris Attempts
Well I like your Joker the best. Now I know we are all trying to figure out the best way to use
Sculptris so this is more a general comment about your three examples then a critique. All three are very smooth and they appear to be made of porcelain. If this is the look your after, cool. However I would like to see you take your models further and explore textures. The Joker for example has a collar, eyebrows and fabric that could use some textures to bring your model to life. The eyes would look even better if they had sockets with eyeballs within. Very nice work with the Joker's face paint details btw.
Also turnoff Symmetry Mode near the end of your modeling so that you can add unique features to each side of the head/face. This will prevent the boring mirrored look were both sides of the head are identical. That just doesn't exist in real life.
You are showing some very cool progress in your Sculptris work and I enjoy watching you improve. Keep up the great work and keep showing us your cool models.

Dino is looking good! Some ideas to further your model...
Try to show some skin folding on the neck.
Maybe try varying the depth of the textures where it
could be deeper on the side of the head but smoother on the top of the
nose. How about some fins on the back? Wrinkles under the eyes.
I would assume this one is a plant eater? It looks like the Bambi of the Dinos,
a cute one at that.

Re: ranger0101's Sculptris Attempts
Here's my next attempt... A Meat Eater..
This is the first stage.. about an hour and a half..
I will try to incorporate all the the good advice I have been getting..
As for the wire frame.. I saw in the forums somewhere
that you can not do wire frame renders in sculptris..
More to come!!!
Cheers!!!
