Many people have predicted the death of the pc because of tablets. Yet what do we see?
Tablets (win 8 RT) have separate keyboards and (some) laptops (win 8 pro) have screens separable. Eventually becoming the same product.
WindowsRT is a temporary OS to compete Android in an emergency (it is my opinion). RT will have no future when the hardware will have enough autonomy and power at a reasonable cost to run Windows8Pro and not only small apps. Professionals need their softwares even if they want mobility.

I expect to have a powerful laptop with a screen convertible tablet touch (with a pen, why not?) and Windows8pro, all with a reasonable price. It will be nice to make presentations for my clients in 3d real time. This time is not so far away.
At this point, the hardware is anything. as if the transfer was incomplete.

A new stage in the history of computing will be done. After the GUI and internet. Maybe one or two years.

What Android can do to keep his succes for the future even if it is number one for the mobility today ? Is there enought place to him between mac OS and windows8Pro with powerfull hardware? Or does it remain in the field of mobility only? What would be a handicap if competitors (MS, Apple) can do everything with theirs OS-software and news hardware (home+mobility).

Even regular batteries will have 'Bluetooth' in the future.

Just think, you can check the levels on your significant other's vibrator battery level while you are away on business. (cough)

I think for some people, their phone is all the computer they will ever need.
I won't be holding my breath for a tS.mobi version.
