Note that the 0.228 radius given for the tips of the triangular holes is obviously an error. At the noted radius it is not possible to be tangent to the straight sections without intersecting the round holes. I changed the radius to the same dimension as the holes. That made it look like the drawing and various photos of the isogrid panels found online.

How to use in your designs.

Place one unit at origin. Copy and move in Y at intervals of 4.2 inches. X offset is 3.638 inches. When you have the panel size you want, join all the units, or make a group, join it all then copy and offset.

In trueSpace 6.6 the grid snap only has 2 digits precision so entering 3.638 rounds up to 3.64, resulting in slight misalignment in X placement. If you want perfect placement, you'll have to enter the X offsets manually or use an array generator plugin with 3 digits precision.

For other 3D and CAD programs, adjust axes according to what the software uses.
