D3D Lighting and Large Flat Planes

Left flat plane no divisions, Right plane with divisions

The plane with no divisions shows the lighting of the omni light looking offset to the back of the cylinder. The spotlight can't be seen.

Adding divisions puts the omni light on the correct position on the plane and the spotlight becomes visible. The image shows 50 width and height segments for the plane, but a small number of segments is enough to fix the problem.

Large flat planes need divisions to light properly in the D3D render or viewport.

That is bizarre!
For the Plane, I need to add Segments for the Width and Height
And I am seeing different results adjusting those values
Same results with a Cube, except I also have to add Segments to the Depth
Seems that 100 Segments is the most accurate
