TS6.6 Physics for prop rotation works good
Hey ya all. Been trying to figure out a way to do propeller animations and I can do it all easily now using the rotational physics tools on the TS modelside of TS7.61b. Apparently, the tool auto key frames the entire process! Was preoccupied with other life issues forcing a break in using TS for much lately. Just can't figure out how do it vertically; horizontal rotations works good but vertical types don't rotate on the proper axis of the prop object. Can the rotate physics tool axes be selected independently? I'll check back later for feedback on the issue. Greetings to all BTW. Leroy. PS: Stay safe as Corona is playing out as very real bitch!

Here is a tS7.6 P-51 mustang with a Rotation script hooked up to the Propeller
Set Speed of replay to All frames and press Play
There is a Camera set behind the Cockpit that you can view from
For an animation, just set a keyframe for the P-51 @ Location 1 and Location 2Set Speed of replay to All frames and press Play

Re: TS6.6 Physics for prop rotation works good
Wow, I realized to change in TS 6.6 the arrow pointer can be selected to change the axis rotate direction; it turns from green to white when selected and then I can left click and drag to the new desired direction and it changes the rotation from horizontal to vertical rotation. Thanks, for posting Trueblue. Leroy.
