Organic Modeling II and III

I am deep into Jack Edwards' Organic Modeling I course and can not find the continuing II and III courses. Have they been completed and, if so, where can I find them? If not completed, does anyone have an ETA?

Jack has stated before that they probably won't be done.
He had too many real world issues to deal with.
The videos that are included with the pdf manual are worth a look too.
