Cheers guys, but a bit worried today as I see Nintendo are bringing out a game called 'A boy and his blob'....looks very much like this story but mine has been around for at least 6 years!!

You automatically have copyright of your own work when you produce it....it's proving it in court that is the problem.
Saying that, it appears that this dates back to 1989 so the finger of blame would automatically point at me:

Never saw it before in my life. I forget where the inspiration came from...probably after watching Flubber under the influence of alcohol.

Oh well, time to dust off this project and get the first issue completed. I already made many of the panels.
