Found another missing chapter for developers. This has the first 2 chapters of the truespace7 developers guide. It is mostly information about making widgets. The rest was already added to the truespace manual.

I was looking at some old stuff and found a few missing pages for the developers guide
Added 7 pages after pg 165 for 7.6 changes and includes a folder with sample script content.
