There are some heavy books in there! I am totally impressed by your collection.
I have owned most but not all like you have.
Grabbed a screen shot for my own enjoyment remembering the fun we had.

My first Caligari purchase was trueSpace2
Do not remember getting a trueSpace 2 book though, Ugh
For whatever reason, I still remember the installation humor that kind of cracked me up:
