Update release July 12

I found the cause of the instability and wacky selection behavior. The problem was in the delete process. Using the plugin delete command plus some other mystery combination causes the selection problems. I changed it to the built-in delete command and the problem completely disappeared. I checked a couple of other tools that use the plugin version of the delete, but no problems there. So it's the special delete plus the unique node setup for the instance object that was giving the bad behavior.

Changes:

can now delete non-empty free instance objects - possible to not boolean merge the entire object
new option to set the number of sections instead always fitting as close to 360 degrees as possible
change Radial Object Select to just open the panel instead
new color coded state indicators
proper support for negative angle values - only matters if not doing a full 360

This has been one crazy project. I saw a youtube video and thought, oh that's neat and should be easy, 2 days tops. Now 4 days later, humbled and lesson learned.
