I am having trouble finding the controls for the background color for the model in general.
I have found the rendering background color, but no the general view one.
Right now it is a grey color.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Background Color
You can set an image but I don't think you can change the calm grey color.

Re: Background Color
Note this is in TS 7.6 model side but it should work the same.
Just make sure "Use Global" is turned off.
If you don't want a picture as a background, you can just make a tiny single colored image with your desired colour.

1) R-Click 'Draw objects as solid'Rhino169 wrote:I am having trouble finding the controls for the background color for the model
2) R-Click 'Background effects shader - color'
3) Toggle ' Show background color/image' to display changes made in the 'background color' selector.

Re: Background Color
Saul,
Thanks!..I was all over it but never reclicked the "show background color / image" button to apply it the color.
Once you do click it, you can drag your mouse around the color swatch to pic your desired color as it changes live in the background.
I do believe the other suggestion would have worked as far as an solid colored image, but this is what I had assumed was out there.

Re: Background Color
Well, what do you know... hornswoggled by the toggle boondoggle!
Now I can choose a slightly calmer grey color.

Re: Background Color
Yes...a more Fonzeeesque grey is always a cooler choice!
