Problems downloading purchased software

Hi ALL...and thanks again to Prodigy for getting this up and running

Ive followed Roman's suggestion and have been downloading my previously purchased software. When I try to download my tS6.5 upgrade/SP/manual I get to the EBUY secure store and no matter what username password I put in I can go no further.

The text of the error emssage is as follows :

"Sorry, but the username and password you entered, or have stored in your EBuy cookie, could not be found in our system. Please make sure you enter your information exactly."

Has anyone else hit this problem?

Ive had no response from caligari :(

Well I just tried after reading your post and was able
to enter no problems. Are you sure your using the the
right user name/password? It won't be the same as the Forums.

Thanks Steinie for your reply, must be a user/password issue.

Ive tried as many password/user combos as I could think of but to no avail so Ive emailed Caligari but will have to see if I get anything in response.

Originally I downloaded that version of tS and when I checked my backup I cant read the files.

I think i had the same problem in the past..

Maybe it's bug on the downloading software..

Just had an email back from Caligari...someone is still holding the fort

There was a hiccup at there end...all sorted now :)

Hi pch123,

I ran into the same problem with trueSpace 6.5. I think it may be related to the type of purchase. In my case I purchasd the 6.5 CD---not the download. So I assumed that this was the reason that I couldn't download it now.

But my results were inconsistent. For example, I purchased trueSpace 5.1, 6.0, 6.5 and 6.6 each as a boxed CD with printed manual (when available). I am unable to download 6.0 and 6.5. However, I was able to download 5.1 and 6.6.

I haven't had any trouble downloading any of the purchases that were made as a downloads such as trueSpace 7.51 and some of the older courses.

I also noticed another strange thing: My online purchase history goes back to 1997 but I can only access trueSpace back to 5.0.
