Truespace 7.6: Workspace: How to setup Preferences

Hello, In the Workspace, there are buttons (functions) that I am not using at this time. For instance, there are buttons for hair & bones, plus possibly others I would like to remove from the screen. Can someone direct me to a tutorial on how to set up the Workspace?
