TS do not save render anymore

I rendered some pictures (Workspace/Vray) with 5000*3760 it was all ok.
But today I see the picture on the screen, I click to save it but there is no new file.

i think is the 32bit limitation. i had the same problem too, also sometimes tga wont save the alpha channel etc..so here is a few workarounds..
1) render it again with less resolution..
2) take a screen shot from each part of the render.. and then put it back together in any photo editor..
