There are plug-ins for the forum software that could play Vimeo videos. Also people with sufficient access, admin I guess, could give the forum a new BBcode for Vimeo like this: http://www.ehow.com/how_8524266_embed-video-phpbb.html Just do that with the Vimeo embed code.
