Doing some tests to try to find a replacement for the Watchdog event node. It's unreliable and only works when the link editor is open.

This new watchdog is timer based and only works with specific connector types: integer, number, boolean, string and matrix.
Active checkbox turns it on/off

The Add buttons adds a new connector of the indicated type each time it's pressed.
Connectors cannot share lines like the original Watchdog input.

The Remove Unused button will remove any unconnected connectors from the interface.

Only minimal testing but it does work with the link editor closed. I don't know how reliable it will be if several timers are running at once. If they interfere with each other a centralized timer controlling all custom watchdogs would be the way to go.
