Well... i have also something to show you. I was asked to make a 3D viz. of a commercial building interior as there was nothing from architects and all is being totally demolished for the reconstruction, so there are no photos.
All is done in tS and rendered in Vray :)
I didnt model all, but most of it. Some freebies were used.

So you had no photos and nothing from architects. How do you know what it looks like? It sounds like you had nothing to work with

Re: commercial building interior viz
there was some new floorplans. That gave me idea about how the space is divided. And I got some photos of the empty rooms that are being reconstructed, so i can see how the windows and such look like at least.
So everything is just made up :) Its just for the website, so the viewer can have some idea of how it could look like if he rents offices there. Anyway its a "shell and core" building, so the walls and everything can be set to customer needs. And every floor is a bit different, so it doesnt have to be accurate, it doesnt matter how the furniture would look like etc. They just needed some nice pics of yet non existing place :)

Very nice renders.
Will you share the shader settings you've been using for the seats metal parts ?

This is some of your best work! I have used those exact free models for the desks before haha
Glad you're working in 3D. It's fun to do that.

Nice renders!
Just one comment--- The horizon line outside is IMO too high, try moving down the outside image and show more sky and less buildings..

Re: commercial building interior viz
ya, i guess you are right... well... nothing is perfect :) sadly. I will not take time to render it for another 3 hours :)
PS: fun fact, the glass on the table took hell lot of time to render, dont know why. I was trying to figure out but i guess its just the scene. (its a glass shader, i tried other shaders too)

Speed things: I don't know about Vray but most PBR renderers have caustics for glass, water, etc. That usually adds a lot of render time and often is not needed. I would turn that off for pictures like these. Also turn off dispersion (prism effect). If you can choose the render method pick something other than metropolis light transport or "architectural" mode. Use only your big gpu cards. Don't add small ones or the cpu.
You did a good job of interior design. It looks like a pleasant place to work.
