Didn't give specs to see if I would get more feedback about the art aspects. I might try a render with slightly denser fog and change the red streamers. The streamer's bright spots that don't look right. All glassy or all translucent streamers would be better.
Modeled in Hexagon. Rendered with Iray in Daz. One hour on GTX 1060. Lighting: four point lights (small spheres) inside the dodecahedrons which are slightly frosted glass. Iray doesn't do volumetrics/atomospherics so it is in a cylinder with subsurface scattering. It renders much faster without sss but that gives the fog/underwater/dreamy effect.
