I've been working faithfully for a faithful client the past year or so. I have done about 10 of these videos for them - where a screen stand is unpacked, assembled and put into place then showing it's movement within hopefully a minute. The past 3 or so stands I have done in Softimage (before then I had done them completely in trueSpace 7.61 beta 8). I render in Machstudio Pro 2, yeah yeah.. it's free and Direct X11, but hey! Renders out Vertex animations quite nicely.
The video this current recent video is based off has about 1.2 million views. Pretty happy about that.
Thanks to Memo Cortes for some of the modeling - as I outsourced to him when I was busy doing other things. But everything else was me. Keep in mind each stand is modeled by.... sight! I had the real stand in hand then we modeled it.

Re: NB North Bayou - Screen Stand numero 10!
Modeling by eye measurements is the only way to model!
Ok, well I've been making some models for a client recently to be 3D printed (those were made to specific measurements).
Congrats on the video!

Very nice work Draise. Materials and lightening are very convincing.
