Re: Website Header Images
Thanks a lot for the positiv feedback.
Well, i also proud about the images. Now i just need one more for the last menu point "about". But for this i have no idea what i could make. The one idea that i had is not possible to make (in TS) or it would be to difficult so that i leave it.
So, the question to the comunity: "what could be a good scene to represent the 'about' site" ???

Re: Website Header Images
"About" or About Us??
If it's like About us i can imagine the character in front a floating mirror brushing his non hair

Re: Website Header Images
Well, it is "about me" - but on the button is just short "about".
The idea sounds funny. But let me wait if any other one has also an idea. Thanks.

Re: Website Header Images
So, here we go. The last one. Steinie's idea was great and a fun to create. Here is the result:
and also the big version: http://www.designdevil.de/index.php?menu=gallery
(Attention: it could be that the site is unavailable in the next days because my provider migrates to a new server. In such a case try it again later)

Re: Website Header Images
Great Header Images Double D
I go to your website often and am very impresed with how professional it looks... Rely nice work..
But when am I gonna see some more DesignDevil tutorial... You make great tutorials.. And your english is plenty good..
I would love to see a tutorial on how you made those header images.. the lighting and texturing is super..
I think one of your great gifts is how well you can get TrueSpace 6.6 to perform..
Sory for the rant... Rely nice header images

Re: Website Header Images
Thanks a lot for this reply.
The next few days i'm not in town but when i'm back i will see if i can make a tutorial about these.
But hey, there is no 'magic' in doing such images. The only thing is: plan your work and use the tools correctly. If you have a 8000$ software and you can not hold the mouse straight forward you never get a good looking result. You just need a pencil, paper, a graphic program (in my case PSP 7), TrueSpace and enough training. The rest is your imagination.
Ok, the training is the difficult thing. I use TS now over years and the look of my first images was horrable. But hey - that's learning - and i learned a lot of things with tutorials from other TS users. Now it's time to give back a few things. So, let me see what i can do.
