Your Santa Dragon is cool.

I particularly like Santa costume - it is well done.

Don't know why you would scrap it - maybe make it a Dragon elf and use it with the next Dragon Santa?

OK, i managed to sort the prob and got him rigged ,Prob was when i mirrowed the teeth horns hand over
to the other side the bone system could not weightt paint so it rejected it with a fehler notice .
So in edit mode selected the bad parts and split them so they were seperate objects then joined every part
so it was one mesh . it worked here he is rigged resdy to go .just have to do the particle systems again .
And model a couple more things for this ..

Added Rudolf santa dragon

I would give it some background of course and use one of those classic scenes from that old cartoon movie "Rudolph" where Santa is talking to Rudolph. Perhaps you could put a new twist on it? :)
