Hello!

is it possible to create Cubemaps or Fulldome-fisheye Picutres with the Modelspace?

camera can be pretty fishy, i think. You can definatly change camera field of view, not sure how much.
But you can render 6 images for the cube map for sure. You can stich it in photoshop or paintshop or something in post.

You might be able to render a quicktime VR and then use some kind of converter.
I did a search on "quicktime vr to cubemap" and this was one of the first entries to show

Thanks for the Tipps, I'll try both...

I have a Problem with quicktime VR though, after pusing "RENDER" it creates a "Movie" with just one black frame and breaks of.. :-/

Quicktime vr is too old. I searched some more and it seems like the format was abandoned years ago. I did a quick test in truespace and the video plays as a random jumble, so truespace is producing a result there's just nothing around to read it properly. I also looked at the link and that software is shareware, not free like I thought.
So long story short, I don't think quicktime vr is the way to go.
