Forums Update April 2019

Just finished backing up and updating the forums from v3.2.2 to 3.2.5
Everything seemed to go smoothly, until I tried to post and got an error message.
I manually fixed the file. Hopefully, it was just the one file that went bad.

There was some confusion as to the update method. 2 different places told me to do it in 2 different ways both claiming to be the recommended way of doing it. I used the automatic method recommended in the control panel of our forum.

If there are too many problems I'll need to do the other more manual method to install the update. In any case I'll do the NOT automatic update next time.
