Woohoo...or whoah? Haven't decided yet. Don't feel any different but I feel like changing a few things, like a big New Year's resolution. A lot of things I do habitually, I am re-evaluating. Little things like cancelling subscriptions to magazines I hardly read. But I am also re-evaluating career and lifestlye.
Mid life crisis? No way.
Time for a rethink...too right!
...and I'm 40 today too!

Happy Birthday Splinters, happy holidays and related.
People should review their lifes each year, looking for problems. But we can really evaluate a life when we experience enough things. And as far I know you, you seems to experienced a lot of things. But we can't just live in the past remembering from the good moments, we need to move on e plan new and big things!
So again Happy Birthday and Holidays! Merry Christmas too!
PS: There is another topic about your B-day: http://united3dartists.com/forum/vi ... f=4&t=1200" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Re: ...and I'm 40 today too!
About to be 40 or 50 or..... what ever.
Before I went 50 I felt as beeing a very old man. But when i passed my 50 years birthday everything become as usual.
The thing is that when I look in the mirror I see an ageing man. I don't recognise myself. I feel young inside and the mirror image doesn't be in accordance with my inner age.
I'm still about 30-40 years of age inside and that feels very nice. I have to avoid mirrors.
I have forgotten:
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy Birthday Splinters! Enjoy your birthday.
Re-evaluating things is good. Boxer Mohammed Ali (Cassius Clay) said something smart: "The man who views the world at 50 the same way he did at 20 has wasted 30 years of his life." Good for 40 years as well.
