Trying to make Billboards that look at a Camera.
Feel like I am getting closer, but not there yet.

Maybe this? I'm guessing a billboard doesn't tilt up or down.

Added
Connect to selected Camera button
Axis to the bottom center
Normalize Location, Rotation, and Scale
UV Planar
D3D Texture Alpha Material

Here is a tS7.6 CreateBillboard.RsObj
Drop it inside your Object and select the Connect button.
Then hook up the Object's Target Matrix attribute to a Camera's WldMatrix attribute.

Here is a tS7.6 Tree Billboard.RsObj with a D3D Texture Alpha Material

These items were recreated in tS7.6 to make them backwards compatible.
