Shininess and reflection are properties you can get to in the material editor... depending on the material you use.

Don't forget that the windows need something to reflect to look shiny. For that you need either a skybox, images or objects in the foreground or an image based light (IBL). Experiment with these techniques and the reflection/shine values.

I found this glass material and it seems to look half descent. I can mail the file to any one who knows more than I do and they could touch it up. Thanks!
