Some tutorials I would like to see are
Software Truespace 6.6 and up: UV mapping
3D coat: UV mapping , projection painting , displacement painting .
Carrara 6 pro and up: Character rigging , compositing / using animated backgrounds , lighting and rendering , setting up Carrara render nodes.
Silo: Displacement painting , texturing and UV mapping.
